My Story
My name is Kudzai Mushaninga, and I’m the founder of Kucon Realtors. My journey into real estate and coaching was born out of a deep passion for entrepreneurship, helping others, and achieving excellence.
After earning my MBA in 2022 and qualifying as a full-status real estate agent (principal), I realized there was a gap in accessible, high-quality coaching tailored to the unique challenges of real estate professionals. Like many, I faced moments of uncertainty and doubt but learned that with the right guidance and determination, transformation is possible.
